New Waukee YMCA plans and description online

There's been talk for a long time about a new and massive Waukee YMCA on Hickman near Warrior Lane. Here are the plans!

I would like to know more about the kids zone and if there will be a larger fitness/cardio room? You cant really see the feauture very well in the floor plans! I would like to have more details. I am trying to compare this with 7 flags. I like the location of the ymca in waukee but 7 flags has way better features! so i would like to know if the new ymca will be comparable to this?
