Father of 2, husband of 1, leader of many.

My family and I reside in Des Moines, Iowa after becoming equity refugees from Southern California in 2005. The Des Moines metro and the state of Iowa have welcomed us with open arms and provided a wonderful place for our family to thrive.

My passion is helping companies (especially small ones) execute on their vision and increase the velocity of their successes.

I do this by leveraging the power collaboration software, blogs, and the experience I've gathered working in technology start up companies for the last 8 years.

I have a passion for writing and sharing both personal and business experiences in my blog Moments of Clarity. In my world, business and personal are inextricably intertwined...and I love it that way! My passion for solving problems for others and learning about myself provide much fodder for ponderous posts.

My family is my priority and I live my life in accordance with this. For entertainment, I enjoy fine cigars, a great steak, and the company of friends (or those who wish to become so).
